V3 Media Productions was founded out of a necessity for media that speaks to intimate communities while operating at a professional, cinematic standard. Our work is rooted in the belief that audiences live vicariously through media, and that stories, when told with intention, can shape identity, culture, and perspective.
Guided by the philosophy of Vital, Viable, and Versatile Media, V3 Media operates as a full-service production house, specializing in both development and execution. We create narrative, documentary, and branded work that balances creative ambition with real-world impact, designed to resonate emotionally while remaining strategically positioned for distribution, marketing, and growth.
From concept development to final delivery, V3 Media prioritizes storytelling with purpose, visual discipline, and long-term creative value.
Founder: Vaughn Jelks III
Vaughn Jelks III is a filmmaker, creative director, and founder of V3 Media Productions. Raised in Santa Monica, California, Vaughn developed an early understanding of the entertainment industry and its creative demands, shaping a disciplined, story-driven approach to filmmaking. His work centers on visually grounded storytelling that explores identity, power, and consequence through culture-driven, place-based narratives.
Alongside his collaborative work at UNLV and a growing body of professional media projects, Vaughn is actively developing multiple narrative proofs-of-concept and preparing for his feature directorial debut. His background in client relations, production leadership, and creative development informs his ability to guide projects from concept through execution with clarity and intention. Alongside the completion of his Film BA and General MBA, Vaughn aims to scale V3 Media Productions and expand its creative and commercial footprint in Las Vegas and beyond.
He is the son of actor-writer Vaughn Tyree Jelks, and the godson of director Nimród Antal.
Producer: Viola Teglassy
Viola Teglassy is a business-minded producer specializing in development, packaging, and execution across scripted and branded content.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, along with a Producing Certificate from UCLA and a Digital Marketing Certificate from UNLV’s Lee Business School.
At V3 Media Productions, Viola oversees production coordination, scheduling, budgeting support, and client communication, ensuring projects move efficiently from prep through delivery. Her experience includes production management, vendor coordination, contracts, and marketing logistics, supported by proficiency in industry tools such as Movie Magic Budgeting.
With a background spanning venture capital analysis, athletics marketing, and large-scale event operations, Viola brings operational clarity, financial awareness, and leadership to every project. A former NCAA Division I athlete and academic honoree, she applies discipline to building sustainable productions that align creative vision with execution.
